After more than ten years of service experience in beautiful homes such as Baumanière Oustau**, Le Petit Nice Passédat*** in Marseille and the Casadelmar** in Porto-Vecchio, Pauline, settles in Avignon, her hometown, to put her know-how and passion at the service of the Restaurant Avenio.
Pauline welcomes you with a smile and does everything possible to ensure that you have a pleasant time.
Jerome Nolin
Jérôme is a passionate and a lover of good cuisine…
After working in the kitchens of prestigious restaurants such as Oustau de Baumanière**, the Pic house in Valencia***, Le Petit Nice Passédat*** in Marseille, he brilliantly managed the kitchens of Belvédère* in Porto-Vecchio for more than 3 years as chef, before settling down in Avignon.
Jerome is in charge of the kitchen. Her passion and her desire to treat you is passed on to her plates...
