Excellent table. A perfect cooking of the Iberian pig and its crunchy vegetables. I recommend in passing the agreement with Mas Sylvia of the hills of the Baronnies combining entrance 'velours' with roundness and length in mouth (a harmonious mixture of syrah, merlot, cabernet sauvignon). A service under the benevolent supervision of the roommaster and sommelier. Reservation required to enjoy the place, and the terrace if time permits.
